These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern the terms and conditions for the use of the Dermova mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services") provided by Dermova Sole Proprietorship ("DERMOVA", "we", "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our App.
DERMOVA reserves the right to change these Terms of Use without prior notice. Changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continuing to use the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Dermova is a mobile application that provides AI-powered skin care and analysis services. Our services include:
Our services are continuously being developed and updated. DERMOVA reserves the right to change the scope, features, and functionality of the Services.
To fully benefit from our services, you need to create an account. During account creation:
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you may only use our App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
DERMOVA reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if it determines that you have violated these Terms of Use.
In addition to free basic features, Dermova offers a "Dermova Pro" subscription plan that provides access to premium features. Dermova Pro subscription includes:
Dermova Pro subscription fees may vary depending on your region, currency, and app store policies. Current prices are displayed on the subscription purchase screen within the App.
DERMOVA reserves the right to change subscription fees.
All payments are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. DERMOVA does not directly collect or store your payment information. Payment transactions are subject to the terms of the respective app store:
You can cancel your subscription at any time, at least 24 hours before the next billing period. To cancel:
Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the respective app store. Even if the subscription is cancelled, your access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.
DERMOVA may offer free trial periods from time to time. There is currently no active free trial available. If you do not cancel the subscription before the trial period ends, you will automatically be transitioned to a paid subscription.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
The App and Services, including all content, features, functionality, design, logos, trademarks, graphics, software, code, algorithms, and all other materials, are the exclusive property of DERMOVA and are protected by intellectual property laws of the Republic of Turkey and international law.
DERMOVA grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use, subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use.
Photos you upload remain your property. However, by uploading content, you grant DERMOVA the rights to:
DERMOVA reserves the right to continuously develop and update the Services. Services may be temporarily interrupted for planned maintenance, technical issues, server updates, or third-party service provider issues. DERMOVA is not responsible for data loss or access issues resulting from service interruptions.
By user: You can close your account at any time through the "Settings" > "Delete Account" option in the App, or by sending an email to dermovaa@gmail.com. When your account is closed, all personal data is deleted. Active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled — you must manage and cancel them yourself through Google Play or App Store.
By DERMOVA: DERMOVA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of Terms of Use, illegal activities, fraud suspicion, or abuse of Services.
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". DERMOVA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
DERMOVA's total liability shall in no event exceed the total amount you have paid to DERMOVA in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. All disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Use or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.

İşbu Kullanım Koşulları ("Sözleşme"), Dermova Şahıs Şirketi ("DERMOVA", "biz", "bizim") tarafından sunulan Dermova mobil uygulaması ("Uygulama") ve ilgili hizmetlerin ("Hizmetler") kullanımına ilişkin şartları ve koşulları düzenlemektedir.

Dermova, yapay zeka destekli cilt bakımı ve analiz hizmeti sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Hizmetlerimiz şunları içerir:
Hizmetlerimizden tam olarak yararlanabilmek için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekmektedir. Hesap oluşturma sırasında doğru, güncel ve eksiksiz bilgiler sağlamalısınız. Hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliğini sağlamaktan ve hesabınızda gerçekleşen tüm faaliyetlerden sorumlusunuz.
Hizmetlerimizi kullanabilmek için en az 18 yaşında olmanız gerekmektedir. 18 yaşından küçükseniz, Uygulamamızı yalnızca ebeveyn veya yasal vasi gözetiminde kullanabilirsiniz.
Dermova, ücretsiz temel özellikler sunmanın yanı sıra, premium özelliklere erişim sağlayan "Dermova Pro" abonelik planı sunmaktadır:
Dermova Pro abonelik ücreti bölgenize, para birimine ve uygulama mağazasının politikalarına göre değişiklik gösterebilir. Güncel fiyatlar Uygulama içinde abonelik satın alma ekranında görüntülenmektedir.
Tüm ödemeler Google Play Store veya Apple App Store üzerinden işlenmektedir. DERMOVA doğrudan ödeme bilgilerinizi toplamaz veya saklamaz.
Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman, bir sonraki faturalama döneminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edebilirsiniz:
İade talepleri, ilgili uygulama mağazasının iade politikalarına tabidir. Abonelik iptal edilse dahi, mevcut faturalama dönemi sonuna kadar premium özelliklere erişiminiz devam eder.
Uygulama ve Hizmetler, tüm içerik, özellikler, işlevsellik, tasarım, logo, marka, grafik, yazılım, kod ve diğer tüm materyaller dahil olmak üzere DERMOVA'nın münhasır mülkiyetindedir ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti ve uluslararası fikri mülkiyet yasaları ile korunmaktadır.
Hizmetlere yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar ve diğer içerikler sizin mülkiyetinizde kalmaya devam eder. Ancak, içeriğinizi yükleyerek DERMOVA'ya şu hakları vermiş olursunuz:
DERMOVA, Hizmetleri sürekli olarak geliştirme ve güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar. Hizmetler planlı bakım çalışmaları, teknik sorunlar, sunucu güncellemeleri veya üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcı sorunları nedeniyle geçici olarak kesintiye uğrayabilir. DERMOVA, hizmet kesintilerinden kaynaklanan veri kaybı veya erişim sorunlarından sorumlu tutulamaz.
Kullanıcı tarafından: Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Uygulama içinden "Ayarlar" > "Hesabı Sil" seçeneğini kullanarak veya dermovaa@gmail.com adresine e-posta göndererek kapatabilirsiniz. Hesabınızı kapattığınızda tüm kişisel verileriniz silinir. Aktif aboneliğiniz iptal edilmez — aboneliklerinizi Google Play veya App Store üzerinden yönetmeniz gerekmektedir.
DERMOVA tarafından: DERMOVA, Kullanım Koşullarının ihlali, yasadışı faaliyetler, dolandırıcılık şüphesi veya Hizmetlerin kötüye kullanılması durumunda hesabınızı askıya alma veya feshetme hakkını saklı tutar.
HİZMETLER "OLDUĞU GİBİ" VE "MEVCUT HALDE" SUNULMAKTADIR. DERMOVA, YASAL OLARAK İZİN VERİLEN AZAMİ ÖLÇÜDE, ZIMNİ TİCARİ ELVERİŞLİLİK, BELİRLİ BİR AMACA UYGUNLUK VE İHLAL ETMEME GARANTİLERİ DAHİL HER TÜRLÜ GARANTİYİ REDDETMEKTEDİR.
DERMOVA'nın toplam sorumluluğu, her halükarda, talep konusu olaydan önceki 12 ay içinde DERMOVA'ya ödediğiniz toplam tutarla sınırlı olacaktır.
İşbu Kullanım Koşulları, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabi olacak ve bu yasalara göre yorumlanacaktır. İşbu Kullanım Koşullarından veya Hizmetlerden kaynaklanan tüm uyuşmazlıklar, İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri'nin münhasır yargı yetkisine tabi olacaktır.
