How does the AI skin analysis work?

Take a photo of your skin or hair, and our AI (powered by GPT Vision) analyzes it to detect concerns like acne, wrinkles, dryness, and more. You'll receive a personalized care routine based on the results.

Is my photo data safe?

Yes. Your photos are sent securely to our AI service for analysis only. They are not used for model training and are stored securely on Firebase. You can delete all your data at any time from Settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Dermova Pro > Cancel.
Android: Go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions > Dermova Pro > Cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data including analysis history, routines, and profile information.

Which languages are supported?

Dermova supports Turkish, English, Korean, Russian, Japanese, and Hindi.
